We have discovered an amazing little gem of a Japanese restaurant in our small town. It has become one of our favorite spots and I feel really grateful to have it. The chefs specialize in the unique art of Teppanyaki where the food preparation takes place before your eyes on a heated steel grill. They are best known for their fillet mignon, shrimp, scallops, lobster, and of course the AMAZING sushi bar. My boys enjoy the fried rice and Jason even got into the seaweed soup and gobbled up a kappa roll.
