Hey everyone! Fall baking has begun for me! It doesn’t take much other than a slightly crisp evening and a tiny tinge of yellow or red on the leaves outside for me to break into all things autumn. I especially love the breads and coffees this time of year. I thought I would share with you the recipe to my pumpkin bread which I posted a picture of on instagram yesterday. Pumpkin Bread Recipe
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Divide into the pan or pans of choice…I used my bundt cake pan. Add toppins (nuts, glaze, etc) as desired…I left mine plain so my boys would eat it. 😉
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes OR until a knife comes out clean when poked in the center of the pan.
ENJOY with a big mug of coffee of course!
