Because I am a mother of preschool boys I am forever looking for simple recipes that they can enjoy making as I supervise. Over Christmas break we made chocolate pie which was scrumptious AND easy.
- Chocolate Pudding (2 boxes)
- Milk (1 1/3 c)
- Peanut Butter (1/2 c)
- 1 Tub of Cool Whip Topping
Blend on high for about 1 minute or until think. Then pour the mixture into a Keebler ready made graham cracker crust.
Top the pie with whatever you wish! This time we used a caramel drizzle but chocolate drizzle, chocolate chips, peppermint pieces, or whatever your heart desires will work!
Leave the pie in the freezer for 4 hours. Serve chilled. ENJOY!!!
